Without gifts from alumni, Punahou would simply not be the School it is today. In fiscal year 2024, our alumni came together to contribute more than $11 million, making a difference for students on our campus today and for future generations. Many of these gifts were received in honor of the Reunion Classes ending in 4 or 9, who enjoyed a meaningful week of Reunion celebrations in June.
The Class of 1974 celebrated their 50th Reunion by achieving the highest participation rate among all Reunion classes this year, ending with 42% of classmates (160 donors) making a gift, totaling $1.9 million in contributions to the School. In addition, the Class of 1974 led all Reunion Classes on Giving Day 2024, collectively contributing more than $52,000 to the Punahou Fund! “All of our Class of ’74 Reunion donors have my personal mahalo for their generosity and support,” said Tom Farrell ’74, 50th Reunion Gift Chair.
