PFA Monthly Gathering and Teacher Talk: Tips for Parents During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Supporting your child’s social and emotional well-being as well as your own is always important; but doing so has become particularly vital during this time of uncertainty. The November PFA Monthly Gathering and PEC Teacher Talk invites Punahou K – 12 counselors to address parents’ questions and concerns about well-being. Punahou counselors will cover topics such as the adjustments of transitioning to campus, how to cope with stress/anxiety, sleep habits and technology usage.
